Shipping policy
Where We Ship We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method selected.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Shipping Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Oria Baby is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@shoporiababy.com and we will investigate.
Lost or Stolen Packages If the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

Wait 24 – 48 hours — packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive

Oria Baby is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen by the customer. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
Incorrect Addresses Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be reshipped at our expense. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees will apply).
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days with photos.
