Refund policy

Our Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and including any accessories or free gifts received with the order.


Items Eligible for Return Most products purchased from Oria Baby can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the conditions above.


Items NOT Eligible for Return (for safety and hygiene reasons)


  • Items that have been opened, used, or have come into contact with a baby's skin, mouth, or bodily fluids

  • Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding accessories once opened

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)


How to Start a Return


  1. Email us at support@shoporiababy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA email.


Return Shipping Costs


  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival), Oria Baby will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Oria Baby is not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 – 5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.


Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shoporiababy.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.


Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement. This avoids stock holds and ensures faster delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval:


  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company
